Terms of Service

By using Discovered and our website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, any entity who you represent who has entered into these Terms of Service, and your users that you will not:

"content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material addressed, contained, or offered through Discovered. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through Discovered, you grant Disc-overed LLC a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, adapt, modify, delete, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit your content, in whole or in part, in any media or platform.

Disc-overed LLC does not represent or warrant that your use of content displayed on or through Discovered does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Disc-overed LLC names, logos, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the intellectual property of Disc-overed LLC or its suppliers or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Disc-overed LLC.

In these Terms of Service, "user-generated content" shall mean any submissions, posts, comments, or other content submitted to Discovered by users.

By submitting user-generated content to Discovered, you represent and warrant to Disc-overed LLC that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to grant Disc-overed LLC and its users the rights to the user-generated content in any media now known or hereafter developed.

You shall not submit obscene, vulgar, abusive, hateful, threatening, or illegal user-generated content.

Disc-overed LLC does not endorse any user-generated content and does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user-generated content. Disc-overed LLC shall have no liability to you arising out of any user-generated content.

You give us permission to download and install updates to Discovered on your device in accordance with your privacy preferences. This permission can be revoked at any time by deleting Discovered from your device.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Disc-overed LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Digital products and services that have been consumed or accessed are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.

Disc-overed LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms of Service.

You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@disc-overed.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to retain certain data. Your user-generated content may remain on the platform unless you specifically request its removal.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We may retain your information for billing and legal compliance purposes as required by applicable law.

Discovered uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver personalized content.

We use third-party analytics services including Google Analytics and Firebase to understand how you interact with our app and website. These services may collect information about your device, location, and browsing behavior.

You can control cookie settings through your device or browser settings, though some features of Discovered may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

To the extent not prohibited by law, Disc-overed LLC and its directors, managers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with Discovered, for any incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings.

The materials appearing in Discovered or on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. To the extent permitted by law Disc-overed LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in Discovered or on our website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to Discovered and our website.

Disc-overed LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to Discovered or on its corresponding website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval or control by Disc-overed LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at your own risk and we strongly advise you make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those sites.

If you download Discovered from the App Store, Disc-overed LLC and you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services relating to Discovered. In the event of any failure of Discovered to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple in writing, and Apple will refund the applicable purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Discovered.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party has relating to Discovered or your possession and use of Discovered, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Discovered fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection laws or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third party claim that your possession and use of Discovered infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
